My latest single, “Freestyle No. 2” is available to listen/stream/download at all major outlets today.
I really enjoyed making this one. I created the instrumental about 5 years ago when I was in a tough position financially, which in our world, also means personally. In the process of working on the Surface Level Freestyles project, I thought it was a great fit. The BPM is on the slower end (around 78) so it allows an emcee to really let loose or in the case of coming off the top of the head, come up with something really creative. Watch the video below:
